Program and Operations Manager

Job Description

Artsbridge, Inc., founded in 2007, is seeking a passionate Program and Operations Manager to develop and lead strategies, initiatives, and programs that further the impact and reach of our organization and its mission. Our unique creative process, developed at Artsbridge, achieves transformational change and relational resilience in youth suffering from protracted conflict in their daily lives. Our methodology enables youth to see possibilities for a more constructive future while motivating students to become activists for social change, leaders in their communities and effective change-makers.

Initially targeting youth on all sides of the Israeli/Palestinian conflict in response to a need for empathy and constructive dialogue among people living in this conflict region, our evolving methodology has also been applied to youth in other regions, including Sri Lanka and the USA. Our goal is to enable youth to be open, empathic, and curious while respecting and honoring multiple narratives as they attend to mindful reflection and creative expression. Now as we emerge from our programming hiatus due to the Coronavirus pandemic, Artsbridge is committed to being a leader in non-violent conflict transformation and seeks an individual ready to take on the challenge of leading this initiative.
